I'm Priscillia — a Dublin-based corporate event consultant with eight years of experience managing corporate events across Ireland, EMEA and the United States. From C-suite forums and VIP client dinners to trade shows, award ceremonies and satellite networking events, I've worked across the full range of corporate occasions in hotels, private dining rooms, conference centres and corporate offices.

I understand both sides of the brief. I know what companies expect from a corporate event — whether they are based here or visiting — and I know Dublin's venues and hospitality landscape well enough to find the right fit, quickly and without the guesswork.

Events have been my passion for as long as I can remember. I'm detail-orientated and quietly perfectionist about the things that matter — communication, timing and the small touches that make a guest feel considered. Do I need to have a team based abroad to work with you?

Not at all. I work with international companies planning Dublin events remotely, and with Dublin and Ireland-based companies who simply don't have the time, resource or venue knowledge to manage it themselves. If you need a trusted pair of hands on the ground — or just want it done properly — that's exactly what I'm here for.

How quickly can you turn around a venue shortlist?

For most briefs, you can expect a curated shortlist within 3–5 working days. For urgent requests — a last-minute dinner, a venue needed within the week — get in touch directly and I will do my best to move faster.

Do you take on last-minute or seasonal events?

Yes — some of my most valuable work happens at short notice. A Christmas party that still needs a venue in late November, a client dinner pulled together in a fortnight, a delegation confirmed at the last minute. If your date is close, get in touch directly and I’ll tell you honestly what’s still achievable in Dublin.

What does the briefing process look like?

It starts with a short discovery call or a written brief — whichever suits you. I ask about your event format, guest numbers, budget range, preferred areas of Dublin and any non-negotiables. From there I take it off your plate entirely.

Do you work across all budgets?

I work with companies of all sizes, from fast-growing startups and local businesses to large multinationals. What matters most is having a clear brief and a realistic budget for Dublin. If you're unsure what your budget should be, I can help you understand what's achievable at different levels.

Can you be present on the day even if I only book the Essentials package?

On-the-day presence is included in the Full Liaison package. If you start with Essentials and later decide you'd like me there on the day, we can discuss adding that as a standalone element.

How do you charge — is there a retainer or project-based fee?

All packages are project-based with no ongoing retainer commitment. You pay for the scope of work agreed at the outset. For repeat clients or companies with a regular programme of Dublin events, I offer preferred pricing — just ask.
